In this simulation we were tasked with hiring staff members based on consumer needs and time periods in three different stores. Our first task was hiring enough people to stock the merchandise and run the cash register in a grocery store in which you had to both pay attention to store capabilities as well as customer needs. This process was continued in the sports store and technology store in which you would need a different balance of staff members. It was a challenge for me to be able to find the balance of staff for the technology store in which the needed profit was met. This lesson taught me the needed abilities to pay attention to peoples needs and still remain frugal with the stores funds.
