In this session we learned about positioning and location of our businesses. In this session we were also tasked with balancing store size and the rent requirements and the population of shoppers and competitors. In this simulation there were correct and incorrect choices of store locations. You didn't want the larger stores because they were further from the consumers and though they had a low cost per square foot cost they are larger and not worth the investment. The store in the middle of downtown is too costly and is only calling to the higher class consumers, as well as the closer you got to Bob's store the harder it will be to access the consumer base. In this challenge I had to increase profits without the skills I had learned in the previous courses. This was a very experimental challenge in which I had to open and change store location if the profits weren't going in the way I wanted them to.
